After having a personal interview where we fully explain the services we provide, many people choose to enlist our services and purchase a membership.

Other people see our site on the internet, fill out our profile which is then downloaded to our head office. On receipt on the profile we contact them and arrange for them to be personally interviewed at our nearest office or through one of our many agencies or regional consultants.

Before people become members with us we check their identity and take a photograph for their security, and the security of all members.

When joining an appropriate level of service is agreed upon, The client is then quite clear what this level of service provides for them. The client is then provided with a Description Statement which is required under the law in the State Of Victoria Australia where our head office is located. Clients are also given a conditions of service document. The way in which introductions are arranged in line with their level of service is also fully explained to them.

During the initial interview a personal profile is filled out either on a profile booklet or directly on the screen of our internet site. This information is the benchmark information used for selecting the very best introductions for the client.
